29th International Team Horseshoeing Championships

Entries are invited for the Royal Show Blacksmithing and Horseshoeing competitions organised by NAFBAE at the Forge.
Blacksmithing classes include traditional and contemporary metalworking as well as architectural iron work. Live and static competitions for experienced and novice blacksmiths will be held. The award of Royal Show Blacksmithing Champion will be made as well as individual class prizes.
Competitions for farriers embrace shoemaking classes for both qualified farriers and apprentices and shoeing for qualified farriers including the prestigious National Championship Farrier competition. The awards of Royal Show Champion Farrier and Royal Show Champion Apprentice will also be made.
On top of the competitions at the Forge, the Royal Show provides a great day out for the family with a wide range of equestrian competitions and countryside activities and exhibits.
