The event consists of a mixture of lectures and demonstrations plus a comprehensive Trade Fair.

The Farriery Focus Day is being run alongside the BFBA National Farriery Championships and the 34th International Team Horse Shoeing Championships, a competition open to teams of four farriers, entries expected to be confirmed shortly. This is a spectacle in itself and one well worth coming to watch.

The event consists of a mixture of lectures and demonstrations with key note speakers. The speakers provisionally confirmed so far are: Tom Ryan; Owen Bush; Tom Pears and Wayne Preece.

BFBA Farriery Focus 2013 Mail-in / Bring-along shoemaking competition

Shoes may be mailed to BFBA, The Forge, Avenue B, 10th Street, NAC, Stoneleigh, Warwickshire CV8 2 LG or brought along to Farriery Focus on Saturday 28th September 2013. ALL entries need to have been registered by 12 noon on Saturday 28th September. Prize presentation at the Forge during the Saturday night BBQ.
